Best hotel breakfast ever
We enjoyed the best hotel breakfast ever. The property was beautiful and in a great location. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The gym was outstanding.
The front desk staff, while polite and seemingly efficient, missed key elements of check-in. First and foremost, guests need to know the wifi info. Put a sign up in the rooms, put it on your TV info screens, or put a simple sign up at the front desk. Your staff seems to think we can find it, but no. Also, tell us where the gym is and a bit about the restaurant on site. Finally, the hotel provides great bulk soap and lotion. Remind the staff to refill them.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Oslo.
Everything was great - staff, room, cleanness, breakfast. The room was especially quiet as if there were no other visitors, no street noise at all. Good location in the very center. Worth its price!

Hotel was a great experience. Well located. Air circulation inadequate in room.
This hotel was a real pleasure. Not only is the breakfast superb, it was well thought out and efficient for hotel guests so that it felt intimate, not like a zoo of people bumping into each other to get to food.
The air in the room did not work, forcing us to leave the window open. Unfortunately the curtains(needed for those of us who can not sleep with sunlight ) blocked all air from open window. Also, the noise from pubs below was disturbing with the window open!
